As you can can tell from my previous posts, I am in love with the Languedoc Roussillon region of France. Aside from the fabulous sightseeing and wonderful weather (300+ days of sun a year), it has its share of charming and many-times inexpensive hotels with gastronomic restaurants. I wouldn’t call myself a “foodie”, but I do love good food, prepared by someone who loves to prepare good food, served with a glass of fantastic wine.

This lovely hotel is owned by Marie-Christine and renowned chef Gilles Goujon.It is located in the heart of Corbiers, just 30k from Narbonne and 55K from Carcassonne. The hotel offers spacious rooms decorated in warm colors with all the usual amenities. It has a wonderful Demi-pension program that includes breakfast and dinner at reasonable pricing for dining at the gastronomic restaurant Gilles Goujon.
