Similarly, Franklin Mills, located 16 miles from Center City, is a mall featuring factory-outlet products. Thus, discounts are anywhere between 20 and 70 percent. The mall has more than 200 stores.

Most department stores are open from Monday to Saturday from 1000 hours to 1900 hours. Outlets in malls stay open for longer durations.
