The sun shines on the rugged coast of British Columbia.  This place is just about two hours to the northwest of Vancouver. The first place you could visit is this trivial corner called ‘secret cove’.

Get yourself on a sea kayak.  While you travel from bay to bay, you could navigate around the islands here as well as the many inlets. I fact the closest that you could come to meeting other people here is if you go on a far off sailboat sighting. The sky looks beautiful and there are eagles flying around.  You may even spot seagulls wrestling with fishes in tangled seaweed.  As you move your paddle though the silvery blue water, you can feel that extra weight to the water and the water has certain sheen like the back of whale. The water surface gleams like liquid hematite.

When you take a short ferry hop from Vancouver you will pass Howe sound. This is essentially a fifty mile stretch which made of forests and marine parks which is what makes up the sunshine coat. This feels quite far fro the city’s action.

Now, most of the coastline is only accessible through boat and this place is protected by parkland rangers since this area is integrated into the protected parkland.

The resort is typically drier and sunnier than all the rest of the British Columbia.

Take the forty minute ride from horesebay. This place lies in the west of Vancouver city.  The glass walled landscapes are dominated by snow capped mountains and there are large patches of greenery.

The last ferry leaves at nine in the evening.  The soft golden light when infused with the beautiful bay makes a cool blue Smokey feel.

From here you will have to travel in your rented car, which you can rent from many of the vendors here.  This place goes for about twenty eight thousand miles all the way to rock water, where the resort lies tucked away neatly in the little town that is surrounded by the sea in Half-moon bay.

The rooms have a nice ocean view and have clean and comfortable beds which are a little cramped in the traditional style of the motel layout.  This place was Lord Jims Resort Hotel which is in rockwater. This place has recently been renovated and then later has been opened to serve a rather upscale crowd.

This place has a new spa which has a serried of different canvas tents that are nestled between the tress that are at the edge of the property. All this is connected by a one thousand five hundred foot boardwalk which is on the Cliffside.  The suites here have good facilities like heated floors and whirlpool baths.  There are two spa tents that overlook the water. Over here the spa treatments can be done in open air.
