In the evenings you might just find the front room of the Helm Brasseur gourmande. This is a gastropub which brew six different varieties of its own beer in the back. this place is full of young people who are trying to converse over  loud soundtrack.  Helms name is an acronym for the different ingredients  that are used of beer, houblons, water, yeast and malt. The menu offers tapas size pub food with an emphasis on the local ingredients.  You should try out the wild boars shepherd pie. The varnished wood design here is slicker than all the homespun furniture that you could find anywhere else in the whole miles end. The food here is amazing and the the beer served here is real good too. Montreal is the second largest city in Canada. This happens to be the largest city in the province of Quebec.  This place was originally called ville marie. Also called the city of marie. . the city takes its name from Mont royal. This is a triple peaked hill which is located in the heart of the city. The name was actually given to the island on which this city is located in the heart of the city.

The land area of Montreal is about four thousand three hundred square kilometers.  The most spoken language in this city is French. It is spoken by more than half of the population of about four million people.  although the francophone African cities which are bigger in size than Algiers, Kinshasa and Abidjan. These cities have  very few French speakers. Montreal in fact is quite consistent and is rated as the world most liveable cities.  It is also called Canada cultural capital. This whole thing was surpassed in population  and its economic strength in Toronto after the year nineteen hundred and seventy six. Today this place continues to be an important part of the population as it is a center for commerce, aerospace, finance, pharmaceuticals, technology , culture, tourism , film and many other world affairs.

Archeological evidence shows that a lot of the first nation of nomads were the native people who occupied almost all the island for almost two thousand years before the Europeans could even come here.
