Number 30 Crescent Gardens
Built of the warm, honey colored stone for which Bath is famous, this hotel is an ideal base for visiting the city on foot. Queen Square is only minutes away and beyond that are the Roman Baths, The house dates from Victorian times but has all the modern conveniences. All rooms are en suite and the proprietors assure visitors of the highest standards in housekeeping and welcome. A full English breakfast is provided and vegetarians are also catered to. This is a non-smoking establishment. For the price, location and friendliness of the proprietors, we highly recommend this hotel.

Oldfields Hotel

Awarded 5 diamonds by the RAC (Royal Automobile Club), this lovely hotel, with its own car park, is situated within about 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. This romantic Bath hotel is beautifully furnished with modern features, yet still retains its original character with elaborate cornices and paint effects. All rooms are fully equipped for your comfort, offering flat screen televisions, direct dial telephone, hairdryers, Molton Brown products and hospitality trays. A number of rooms have DVD players and air-conditioning units. For a luxurious and comfortable stay, with wonderful service, you can’t do much better than the Oldfields.

The street outside is cobbled and quaint, but this boutique hotel having 13 rooms and an apartment, is decorated in a contemporary style. There are only three bedrooms, all are en-suite and because it is only a small establishment, the owners pride themselves on offering a personal and friendly service. Train and bus stations are within walking distance. Secure car parking is available close-by. The Town House is a no-smoking home. We highly recommend this property. No credit cards are accepted.

This romantic hotel is situated within a few minutes walking distance from the city center. The Ayrlington boasts a secluded, prize winning, garden bounded by high stone walls. All rooms are en suite and of generous proportions. There is a comfortable lounge for guests use and also a ground floor bedroom for those with mobility difficulties. The hotel has been recently refurbished with an oriental theme. Three family rooms are available. This hotel is wonderful and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

This well situated B and B has five attractively furnished, comfortable en-suite rooms with central heating, tea/coffee making facilities and television. They offer a superb choice of breakfasts, catering for vegetarians relying on mainly organic produce. These are served in a pretty dining room overlooking the garden. Centrally located, yet away from the crowds, the Parkside offers excellent value for money.

Albany Guest House – B and B
Only five minutes level walk from the city center and its attractions, this establishment offers charming accommodations in a quiet setting at a very reasonable price. Guests are warmly welcomed, in this lovely Victorian home, by proprietors Jan and Bryan Wotley . Rooms are very comfortable and breakfasts are generous. Special diets can be catered for subject to prior arrangement. The Albany is a non-smoking house. For its charm and excellent pricing, we highly recommend the Albany.
